Meet the President
Samir Guirgis
Guirgis is a talented General Contractor with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in the areas of design, project development, and construction. Over the years, he has worked on many projects including, but are not limited to, corporate offices, churches, commercial, retail, auto dealership, health care, and residential markets.
His Role
He is responsible for business development and overseeing the estimates and subcontracting functions of the company. Guirgis also oversees all field operations and project management.
As such, he is in charge of daily project management of moderate and complex mechanical and electrical design and construction projects, including tasks such as design oversight, amendment preparation, management of construction and consultant contracts, and directing of inspection process.
